- Communications: Any correspondence you send to us or our agents
For Licensed Agents:
- Professional Information: Name, email, company name, phone number, professional bio, years of experience
- Licensing Information: License numbers, licensed states, National Producer Number (NPN), NMLS number (for mortgage professionals)
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment processor (Stripe)
- Business Activity: Quote submissions, response times, and accuracy metrics

4.1 With Licensed Agents (For Consumers)
When you request quotes, we share relevant information with licensed agents to enable them to provide competitive quotes. We share your insurance type and coverage needs, property or vehicle information relevant to the quote, and general location (city/state) for initial quotes.
Important: Your exact address and direct contact information are only shared with agents you choose to work with after reviewing their quotes.
Anonymization and Redaction
We use automated processes, including artificial intelligence, to redact personal contact information (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses) from policy documents before sharing them with agents during the quoting process. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to remove identifying information, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity. Automated redaction may not detect all personally identifiable information in every case, including information embedded in unusual formats, images, or non-standard document layouts. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that FeeComp shall not be liable for any inadvertent or accidental disclosure of your contact or personal information that may occur despite our reasonable redaction efforts.
